On June 11, 2026, First Mutual Holding Co. (the “Company”), Lakewood, Ohio, a federally chartered mutual holding company for Blue Grass Federal, First Federal Lakewood, First Mutual Bank, Martinsville First Savings Bank and Warsaw Federal, completed a private placement of $25.0 million of 7.25% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2036.

As of March 31, 2026, the Company had $3.2 billion in total assets and 27 locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Virginia.
