Norma Sharara was a panelist for the “Top Challenges for Bank Compensation Committees in 2013” breakout session for community banks. Ms. Sharara also served as an advisor to the all-day “Peer Exchange” for community banks, consisting of compensation committee chairs and human resources officers.
