Norma Sharara was a panelist for the “Below the Top: Pay for the Non-Executive Suite” main session presentation and “Risk-Weighted Compensation Plans” breakout session for private/thinly traded banks.  Ms. Sharara also served as an advisor to the all-day “Bank Compensation Committee Peer Exchange” for private/thinly traded banks, consisting of compensation committee chairs and human resources officers.
