On February 1, 2019, Valley Central Bank and its mutual holding company, Valley Central, MHC, Liberty Township, Ohio, announced the execution of an agreement with American Savings Bank, Middletown, Ohio, pursuant to which American Savings Bank will merge with and into Valley Central Bank.
