On February 15, 2017, Rosedale Federal Savings and Loan Association (“Rosedale”), Nottingham, Maryland, and Midstate Community Bank (“Midstate”), Baltimore, Maryland, jointly announced that Midstate will merge with and into Rosedale, with Rosedale as the resulting institution. The combined institution will have total assets of just under $1 billion.

Rosedale, a federally-chartered thrift in mutual form founded in 1908, operates eight banking offices serving Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County, Maryland.
