On February 17, 2017, Home Savings and Loan Association, F.A. (“Home Savings”), Norborne, Missouri, and Carroll County Savings and Loan Association (“Carroll County”), Carrollton, Missouri, jointly announced that Carroll County will merge with and into Home Savings, with Home Savings as the resulting institution.  The combined institution will have total assets of approximately $95 million.

Luse Gorman served as legal counsel to Home Savings in the transaction.  The Luse Gorman team included Victor Cangelosi, Tom Hutton and Elizabeth Cook.
