On July 21, 2017, First Savings Financial Group, Inc. (“FSFG”), Clarksville, Indiana, and The First National Bank of Odon (“Odon”), Odon, Indiana, entered into an agreement pursuant to which FSFG will acquire Odon in an all-cash transaction through the merger of Odon with and into First Savings Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of FSFG, with First Savings Bank as the resulting institution. Odon shareholders will receive $265.00 in cash for each share of Odon common stock.

Luse Gorman served as legal counsel to FSFG in the transaction.  The Luse Gorman team included Victor Cangelosi, Tom Hutton and Zachary Davis.

FSFG has approximately $874.1 million in total assets and operates 14 offices in Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Crawford and Washington Counties, Indiana.

Odon has approximately $99.2 million in total assets and operates two offices in Daviess County, Indiana.
