On June 16, 2023, HV Bancorp, Inc., Doylestown, Pennsylvania, the holding company for Huntingdon Valley Bank, completed its merger with Citizens Financial Services, Inc., Mansfield, Pennsylvania, the holding company for First Citizens Community Bank.
