On December 8, 2023, CB Financial Services, Inc., Washington, Pennsylvania, the holding company for Community Bank, completed the sale of its insurance agency subsidiary, Exchange Underwriters, Inc., to World Insurance Associates, LLC.

CB Financial Services is the bank holding company for Community Bank, a Pennsylvania-chartered commercial bank operating in southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

World Insurance Associates specializes in personal and commercial insurance lines, surety and bonding, employee benefits, financial and retirement services, and human capital management solutions.
