On February 22, 2023, LINKBANCORP, Inc., Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, entered into a merger agreement with Partners Bancorp, Salisbury, Maryland, pursuant to which Partners will merge with and into LINKBANCORP in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $167.8 million.

LINKBANCORP, Inc. is the holding company for LINKBANK and has approximately $1.2 billion in total assets.

Partners Bancorp is the holding company for The Bank of Delmarva and Virginia Partners Bank and has approximately $1.6 billion in total assets.
