On April 21, 2021, Home Savings and Loan Association of Carroll County, F.A., Norborne, Missouri, entered into an agreement pursuant to which it will acquire NBH Bank’s branch office located in Carrollton, Missouri. Home Savings and Loan is expected to acquire approximately $27.1 million of deposits and approximately $2.0 million of loans.
