Lawrence M.F. Spaccasi spoke on “Capital Raising and Strategic Planning – Post Dodd-Frank.”  Mr. Spaccasi focused on the new laws and regulations affecting strategic planning matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, the changing regulatory capital requirements and raising capital through different structures in today’s market and regulatory environment.  Mr. Spaccasi also focused on the new compensation regulations application to financial institution and their affect on M&A.
