Messrs. Spaccasi and Krudys presented “Current Issues Facing Financial Institutions” at the PACB 2013 Annual Convention in Boston, Massachusetts.  The presentation focused on (i) Dodd-Frank and the CFPB, (ii) Basel III, (iii) access to capital, (iv) latest trends regarding mergers and acquisitions, and (v) recent trends relating to the regulatory application, examination and enforcement process.  A copy of the presentation can be found
