Larry Spaccasi and Norma Sharara spoke on “Merger and Regulatory Compensation Issues – Avoiding the Traps” at the Massachusetts Bankers Association Annual Convention at Turnberry Isle, Miami, Florida on May 3-6, 2012.  Their presentation focused on board oversight of incentive compensation under the Interagency Guidance on Safety and Soundness of Incentive Compensation, FDIC golden parachute rules for banks that are (or may become) in “troubled condition,” and forthcoming Dodd-Frank guidance on executive compensation.
