Kent Krudys gave a presentation at the Cape Cod Conference at Blue Rock, South Yarmouth, MA entitled “Vendor Risk Management in the New Regulatory Environment”. He discussed the recent guidance issued by the banking regulators regarding third party relationships, vendor management and vendor contract review in general.  The discussion also included practical measures that can be taken to strengthen and document vendor selection and management systems and preparedness for strategic transactions.
