Kent Krudys and Lawrence M.F. Spaccasi gave a presentation at the Massachusetts Bankers Annual Convention in Manalapan, FL, entitled “Vendor Risk Management in the New Regulatory Environment”. They discussed the recent guidance issued by the banking regulators regarding third party relationships, vendor management and vendor contract review in general.  The discussion also included practical measures that can be taken to strengthen and document vendor selection and management systems and preparedness for strategic transactions.
