On November 4, 2021, Jeffrey Cardone presented at the Vermont Bankers Association Trustees and Director Forum.  Mr. Cardone discussed critical issues facing the leadership of today’s community banks, including an update on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory and governance matters impacting the community bank industry.
