Eric Luse spoke on ‘What’s Ahead for Mergers and Acquisitions’  at the New York Bankers Association Financial Services Forum in New York City on November 11, 2011.  His presentation also considered how acquirers and targets should prepare themselves for an M&A transactions and new strategies for getting deals approved and completed in the post Dodd-Frank environment.
