Eric Luse and Kent Krudys presented at the Mutual Institution session at the ICBA Annual Convention in San Diego on March 21, 2010.  The presentation included (1) an overview of Dodd-Frank and its impact on mutual institutions, (2) the alternative corporate structures available to mutual institutions, (3) practical corporate governance issues currently facing mutual institutions and (4) an overview of mutual-to-mutual business combinations.
