Keeler Fina represents financial institutions and their holding companies in a range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and mutual-to-stock conversions, regulatory filings and enforcement matters, subordinated debenture issuances, and compliance with state and federal securities laws and bank and credit union regulations.

Prior to joining Luse Gorman, Ms. Fina clerked at the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and interned with the in-house legal departments of both Sony Music Entertainment and DocuSign.
