Anahita Mohtasham-Gharagozloo represents community and regional banks, holding companies and credit unions in a range of corporate and securities matters including stock and debt offerings, mutual-to-stock conversions, mergers and acquisitions, and holding company formations. Ms. Mohtasham-Gharagozloo also counsels various companies on their public company reporting and disclosure obligations, corporate governance matters and shareholder matters. Ms. Mohtasham-Gharagozloo has significant experience with traditional IPOs for both large and smaller reporting companies, 144A offerings and REITs, as well as work representing venture capitalist firms and assisting with private companies in connection with their private offerings.
