On March 12, 2025, NuMark Credit Union (“NuMark”), Joliet, Illinois, announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets and assume substantially all the liabilities of The Lemont National Bank (“Lemont”), Lemont, Illinois.

NuMark has approximately $850 million in assets and operates 13 branches throughout Northeastern Illinois and Chicagoland.

Lemont has approximately $52 million in assets and operates two branches.
